libPAK needs optimization

Specifically with the rebuildPAK function as it currently output to a "filename.pak.new" then replaces the old one.

Hmm... does it not allow to overwrite the original PAK even though it should be loaded in memory?

I can overwrite it, but the thing is I need the original file data. I could read it all into memory but what if a PAK file had 2 GB files?

Hmm, yeah true. Well, we've got a while to figure out the best way to optimize it.
