[Feature request] add iCalendar (ICS) WebDAV Support

It would be great to have an iCalendar (ICS) WeDAV service. This would enable direct integration with calendar apps like Nextcloud (using ICSx⁵). Please consider adding an endpoint or a webcal URL for automatic updates.

I would love to contribute, but sadly the service itself seems to be closed source.

However I created a wrapper for the API that proxies json data to https://feiertage-api.de but also converts the json to ics.

So, if I get you correctly, there is no direct WebCal support? I don’t know if you have the resources, but that would be a great feature if there were a direct WebCal support for the current years.
