Upgrade to latest version of Slate #59
Description
Our version of slate is out of date and will not build locally out of the box. Also, dependencies are needing to be updated in order to stay current with security audits. In order to upgrade, the changes are non-trivial, since the latest version of slate has modified the structure of the generated HTML and our CSS changes will need to be re-applied on top of the latest version of slate.
