Date Import Error

What is the correct format for uploading dates via Data Loader? I have tried many different formats. I finally got it to work if I changed MM/DD/YYY 12:00 AM to MM/DD/YYYY 00:01. I have a lot of records to update, so I don't know how to update all of my records to have an extra minute. Any insight on importing dates is appreciated.

The correct format is:
m/d/yyyy h:mm

If you're in Excel, under custom, you should find that.

This worked! Is there a location in the tool or on this github site that has information like how fields should be formatted?
