Routing websocket connection to underlying service via core

Feature Request

Currently, Buildly Core only handles connecting/routing to services that are HTTP/HTTPS. I would like to connect/route to services that are WS/WSS via Buildly Core.

Also for OpenAPI docs, only HTTP/HTTPS is handled. Would like to get it for WS/WSS as well.
