Add contact/location model and serializer related to user #324

Feature Request
A generic contact or location information model is needed as a related manytomany model to the user.
Proposal
A user management system can and should include some amount of location and contact information for a user beyond email. The core should a have a way for users to enter multiple contact or location information in the core without a secondary service lookup if needed. Ideally this would include typical address fields, a lat/long location and multiple phone, email and social media accounts.
