[Feature]: Branch and merge operations

**Branch merging** – after processing in different branches, users may need to merge results. Provide a Merge operator that takes multiple branches and combines their outputs into a single stream.

**Dynamic branching** – allow branches to be added or removed at runtime. Expose a `RemoveBranch` method and ensure that branch operator dictionaries are thread‑safe, and they can be conditional.
