New UI - Player details

• Overview stats
• Add information for ratings calculation in a modal
• Add filters
• Add demos list tab, with simplified columns for K, A ,D
• Add demo(match) details dialog, with navigation arrows to allow for easy navigation
  • this replaces the expand/collapse functionality from the Old UI
• Add Weapon stats tab
• Add Banned players tab
• Add Charts tab with only Maps Played and Map Wins
• Redirect Search rounds tab to the new Search page with player filter automatically applied
