Yet another filter idea from me - how about a one tap filter?
For example, a second of not firing a gun, then a single shot fired, which results in a headshot kill. Maybe require another second of "peace" afterwards so you won't just get clips of someone holding an angle. Unless the very next shot is a headshot resulting in a kill.
