def showDeviceID(handle) hangs up (RPi2 with Raspbian Jessie)

I had to rebuild the C++ part with the new Jessie version (Python 2.7.9, gcc version 4.9.2 (Raspbian 4.9.2-10))
I got 2nanosleep errors (see pull request to be completed on this Debian version)
Actually, it the pifGetDeviceIdCode which hangs.
Any help/clue is welcome.
