Prevent backpowering AVR via battery voltmeter #3

Description

@bubblefoil

When the main power switch is flipped to ON, it will connect the battery voltage to an analog pin of AVR. With some delay, this voltage activates a relay which connects battery to the DC-DC converter, which powers AVR. During this delay, AVR may receive power from the analog input and burn.
This may not apply with the high-resistance voltage divider in the way, but check this out before connecting the battery.
