Works well with me and my WF-DS01 from Tuya.
All functions as expected, reporting right brightness state, being able to set brightness via physical controls as well as Home Assistant.
Soft On and Soft Off is working by default on my dimmer.

Tested this with my WF-DS01 dimmer and di not find any issues, works as expected both remote as well as with the local buttons.
