A few dumb questions

First of all, sorry if my questions really sound dumb.

1. Where do you run the script from? From github or local computer( your computer)?
2. If I wanted to use this script to "request" another json structured data from server, should I run it on my computer or use remote server?
3. In the "util.py" how did you got all those code?
4. Related to Q2, what parameters should I change in order to request json structured data from another server?

Hope you don't mind answer me these questions as this all was not issues at all.
