Creating AEM installation under subfolders

Hi. As an enhancement it would be nice if we can set the installation path of the AEM in a subfolder such as /opt/aem/publish or /opt/aem/author. At this moment if I try to set any of these folders the installation fails.

Looking around I found a forge project https://forge.puppet.com/pltraining/dirtree which can be helpful in order to achive this.
