Support deep linking to specific scenes from web

Use case: As a developer, I want to send a Stager demo link pointing to a specific scene to another stakeholder.

It'd be great if as you navigate between scenes with Stager on the web, the URL bar changes to a deep link to that specific scene. The link could just be based on the scene name, so there's no need for people to define it manually.
