Command to show the match history #9

This feature will try to use the ewgf API endpoint listed in https://ewgf.gg/api-docs to retrieve the match history for a player. The first priority is getting an key to get API access. Once a key is obtained the bot should be able to retrieve and parse out the match history of said player and do a rough calculation on how much time was actually played. According to kwangwon we can count each round played as a minute, so for each match played on that day we can see how much was played. ewgf's endpoint is nice because it is not exclusive to ranked battles.
