Perform tests to check consistency of box dimensions and pixel sizes

Please add a test to ensure that the box dimensions and pixel sizes match in Master Key match those of the
subtomogram in the rotation tasks, masking, correlation, and plotback (reference map). (e.g., prior to calling the rot3d.c function). pixel size mismatch should be warning only. Box dimension mismatch should stop program.

Please look for "ATB todo" in cresta.py and tom.py. But, there may be other places as well.
