[BUG] stale production plans

Stale production plans can happen. Unclear how. It errors if a customer clicks start all plans. The Plan with non existing productiondayprodut is trying to start and errors.

I think this happens if an productiondayproduct is deleted the plan is not deleted. This should be done for plans that are in the planned state.
