no sound trough the App

I get no voice or music through ava. When I want to start a stream on 2 of my Devices it's loading for a bit an nothing happens. My assist can't talk either on Ava.

Hi, can you confirm what device/Android version you are using?

Android 10 on A Lenovo smart Clock 2 and fo test purpose on a Nothing Phone 2 with android 16. On both its saying responding on screen, but my the voice of my Assist doesn't come out.

Seems strange to get the same issue on two completely different devices. Are you able to verify that your assist pipeline on the HA side is fully working? In HA if you navigate to Settings->Voice assistants, then click the 3 dots next to your selected assistant and select Debug it should give you an overview of the pipeline runs, see if anything stands out. Also anything of note in the Home Assistant logs?

And just for completeness, have you confirmed that the volume is unmuted and turned up for the device's media player entity in Home Assistant in addition to the device's physical volume?

My pipeline is fully working, when i speak with it directly in Home assistant it works as it should. Also when i try to play Music to ava its loading for 10 secs and nothing happens

Anything strange about your network? Are HA and the device running Ava on the same subnet, etc? I'm wondering whether HA/something else on your network isn't allowing the incoming connection to the TTS/media url (everything else in Ava is handled by an outgoing connection from HA), ,maybe something in the HA logs referencing this? As above I feel like it's something on the HA/network side as you're getting the exact same symptoms on two completely different devices.

Next steps would be logs, currently this would require installing adb on a computer, connecting the device and running adb logcat to view the device logs (the next version of Ava will allow sending logs to HA for viewing).
