setup.py installs apt packages with "-y" meaning that the user cannot review changes

Installing krasis deleted the existing nvidia toolkit on my system. Accept that installing system packages may be necessary, but because the installation script uses "-y", I did not have a chance to review changes before destructive modifications were made to my system.

This is a very good point, apologies, I'll have the setup prompt and ask if it should auto install the packages or let you step through them one by one.
