Feature: user-provided config

With Janus, I can add my own plugins to the `~/.janus` folder and override config using `~/.vimrc.before` and `~/.vimrc.after`.

Am I able to do something similar in janus-plugged? I have a few plugins I'd like to include without changing the janus-plugged config.
