Enable presets for com.mojang projects

Maybe we can create a fake project config for these projects with the correct pack paths (+ "~comMojang/" alias) to make this "magically" work

We would probably need a new "requiresCompilation" field for presets though to filter out presets which require Dash in order to work correctly (e.g. TypeScript/MoLang files, custom components etc.)

This field could also be used to hide presets when dash was disabled over the project config ("compiler": false)
