Filling Url via the form

A good next step would be to make the form functional. For it to be working properly, we need to make the responses fill into out 'q=' value in the URL.

1. console.log the results of the form.
2. get them all into a single variable.
3. get the variable into the URL.

Thank you Gordon for getting Rick Astley stuck in my head.
I added a function to capture user Input and set alerts so I know it's working. Now we need to set the first part of js (see my note in file) as a function so it can be called every time a user hits Submit.
