How to find the rotation of the image? #1

Hi Brian, I am new to ARKit development. I was following your tutorials on YouTube (which are great) and was able to run this example. What I want to do is find out the rotation of the image as it gets tracked so I can do something like what I have explained in the image. Can you please give me some suggestion regarding what to look for. Thanks.
