Need more steps to add hops

I need more stepst to add hops like "whirlpool", "chilling"

BeerJSON reflects that by having "step" field, so if boil steps are

• Pre Boil
• Boil
• Whirlpool
• Chilling

then hop addition at chilling will be use: "add_to_boil", step: 4
