[BUG]: nvcf fn watch <name> shows black screen

### Description
If you attempt the command `nvcf fn watch <fn-name>` you get a completely black terminal which is confusing.

### Expected Behavior
The command should pull up the proper watch window for the function with name <fn-name>. If a function dne, the command should exit with an error.
