In the user broken feed list in settings, we should add a "File Bug" button which opens a dialog (see shared UI component) that shows the error with a link to the feed, asks the user to confirm that the feed link seems to be working and it should be handled by Lion Reader, displays their feed URL and also has them check a box confirming that they understand that issues get filed publically at https://github.com/brendanlong/lion-reader/issues
If they check all of the boxes, we should open an issue on the Lion Reader repo.
We may need to add a new GitHub Token config (and only show this feature if a config is provided).
