We have backend full text search support in the entries.list and subscriptions.list endpoints, but they're currently only exposed in the MCP server. We should probably add a way to at least search for entries, but this needs design work to decide how to how it in the UI without getting in the way. I want to avoid just having a bag of fetures get in the way of each other.
