Instance schema only allows for a single IP address

InstanceInterface assumes just a public and private IP. Google, for example, can allow multiple networks. The approach here needs to be reconsidered.

If this is changed, keep the 'getPublic/PrivateAddress() functions, even if they just pull from the first result so that we're not breaking the schema and keeping the simplicity of AWS's classic approach.
