Sometimes biomes gets pushy

I occasionally use the /tpx command to move around the overworld or switch dimensions. Can't recall what mod adds it, but it's useful. However, there's about a 50% chance that when I do so, the Ender Forest title will appear on screen at the destination, followed by the actual one, even in other dimensions. Ender Forest IS on my whitelist. It's always that one for some reason. It's not even the top one. Another user experienced this with Ocean instead.

Not sure why it is displaying Ender Forest, perhaps some biome id conflict? What happens if you remove Ender Forest from your whitelist?
