Add Preliminary Benchmarking System

Context

We want to test multiple build and traversal strategies, and for various scenes. The goal is to understand how the different combinations perform, and to see how performance changes across commits.

Definition of Done

1. Investigate benchmarking options (any existing libraries and frameworks for collecting, analyzing, visualizing).
2. Create Benchmark target which allows parameterizing build and traversal strategies as well as scenes. Output benchmark results as a CSV.
3. Make a quick visualization script to render benchmarking results.
