The goal of this project is to build a tool that will test if a given set of genes are specifically expressed in a transcriptomically defined mouse nervous system cell-type. This will leverage new single cell data from the Linnarson lab (Zeisel et al., 2018, https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/04/06/294918). We will build this in R as a Shiny web app.
