do plugins have to specify torchvision? #89
Description
Does Brain-Score by itself already install torchvision somewhere? I'm trying to figure out why model submissions run successfully without specifying that dependency but now a benchmark submission fails (http://braintree.mit.edu:8080/job/score_plugins/165/console). I know we have it in the test specification but I thought for scoring we're not installing with .[test]
