Description
If you share any link from Brain-Score.org on a platform that provides snapshots and headers (e.g., Slack), it will show the header/tags that are hardcoded in the base.html. As a result, every link looks like the homepage.
To fix this, make the <head> section dynamic. Inject model details from child templates into base.html
