I didn't set the character universe when I first got started, so I just got a random universe. Is it possible to (easily) change the universe, and the existing characters, after it's been created?

You can do that. You can also ask for custom universes. Just say something like please change my universe to use the last names of famous drummers like I did for a friend's repo tonight.

Great question, @RobGibbens! Yes, you can change your universe after creation.

Just ask in a Squad session: "please change my universe to [whatever you'd like]" and Squad will re-cast your team with the new universe while preserving agent charters and routing rules.

We're also working on a formal CLI command (squad cast --universe) for a future release. But the prompt-based approach works great today!
