Feedback from first real-world L10 use — what's the best channel? #1
Description
I installed CEOS today and used it to prep for, run, and process notes from a real company L10. Used the ceos-l10 skill with existing company data (scorecard in Excel, meeting history in Word), entered 12 Rocks, and fed the meeting transcript back through Claude Code to generate IDS notes, to-dos, and Rock updates.
I have detailed feedback — what worked well, what was less effective, and some feature suggestions (migration from existing tools, to-do carry-forward, transcript workflow documentation, etc.).
What is the best way to share? Options from my side:
- A single detailed issue here
- Separate issues per topic
- Something else
Happy to contribute however is most useful. Great tool — it meaningfully changed how I prep and process L10s on day one.
