https://bugreport.apple.com now redirects to https://feedbackassistant.apple.com and the Brisk can no longer report issues at the previous location. I don't recall exactly the API error I got when I tried last week.
It'd be nice to be able to use Brisk to cross-post bug reports to both feedbackassistant.apple.com and openradar.me or some other open repository.
