Allow Dragging of new Data Object References #149
Description
As a user, I want to drag a data object reference
while no data class and state are selected
in order to among others keep an overview of the already existing references.
What actually happens: The DOR is deleted, because another action happends
- WHEN a drag occurs AND a new data object reference is edited, the reference should stay
- pushed to develop
