Since a lot of people will want to add separate things to this serverless thing, we need to make a JSON config file that can be accessed with all the details.

TODO:

• Environment variable to turn on special config
• Environment variable for config location (BuiltOn Product, Firebase, or web location)
• Impliment some config items
