Sometimes you want to plot multiple IRF charts without asking

When using plot.irf in Rmarkdown, and other similar plot functions in the package, it would be better if all the plots were generated instead of asking for each plot, given that `par(ask = TRUE)` is being forced. I have some code that does this already, and if you are interested, I could submit it
