Installing FRAPO in docker #1

Hi Sir,
Am trying to install FRAPO R package in a docker container. While installing the dependencies, i came across cccp package and am having trouble (See screenshots). Sorry for providing so little details. I couldn't find much resources online that point me to what might be the issue. Thanks for reading this. Do let me know you need something to reproduce this error. (i'm hoping it's something easy that i have overlooked)
