Thx a lot for creating this python based secs-gem implementation. Do you know if your implementation already used in production?

In the last couple of months I've tried to improve the code in the main branch of my fork.

Hey Thomas,

thank you for your input and sorry for not replying to the other issues. The last months have been pretty busy, I've read all mails/issues/pull request but I didn't have the time to reply or do anything about it. I maintain and develop this package in my personal time.

I don't have an insight on where the package is used, but I know of a few cases it is actually used in production.

At the moment I am preparing to release 0.2.0 including the SECS-I implementation. I will have a look into your changes after that. I also have plans to remove the generated stream/function and data item classes in favor of reading the data from the structure definition yaml at runtime.
