Interval adjustment

Currently, the data is pushed to the ISY as soon as it is received. Should the interval for some or all of the data be configurable? I.E. only push some data at 5 minute intervals instead of 1 minute intervals.

Considering that there can be several Node Servers sending a LOT of data to the ISY, cutting down on the HTTP calls is a good idea. It will let each user decide what is best for their ISY.
