nih-toolbox-reports

This repository creates patient reports for data collected via the NIH Toolbox using Python.

Usage

To create a report, you will need the registration and assessment scores CSV files from the NIH Toolbox.

> create_reports.py path_to_registration path_to_assessment_scores
