Check country before broadcasting an earthquake #10
Description
Consider changing the behaviour of broadcast notifications.
When an earthquake is eligible for broadcast (magnitude >= 5.0), maybe it's better to check that it happened in Italy. Otherwise an INGV query containing earthquakes from countries near Italy (like Albania, quite close to Puglia) could trigger unnecessary notifications.
