api.teamdynamix.com no longer works #2

Just a head's up, but as of Nov. 13, TDX discontinued allowing the use of https://api.teamdynamix.com as the base URL for their APIs. They now require you to use your organization URL for the base. I don't know if the same is true for the Preview URL.
