Project Production State Spinner doesn't resolve for some projects #31
Description
I appear to have created a project state which results in the console's project health spinner being stuck and does not resolve (attached). The only thing I can think of that is particularly unique about the project in question was that initially the project was a Services-only project and did not include a website (the opposite of #19). However, in a subsequent deployment I have added a website for the project in question but this does not resolve the stuck spinner.
