Dependency install script setup-festival-mbrola is out-of-date

Describe the bug
The installation portion of the phonemizer documentation says, "To install festival, mbrola and additional mbrola voices, use the script provided here"
Unfortunately this repo has been archived since August 17th, 2018, and the installation no longer works.

System
MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2, Python 3.11

To reproduce
Run "bash setup_festival_mbrola.sh st mbrola". It will not be able to connect to the server.

Expected behavior
I expected it to connect to the server and install correctly.
