Enable all features by default and require not wanted features to be manually disabled

- Because I always want them enabled (opinionated!)
- Less code required on each install, the plugin is beneficial right away after install
- Maybe some really weird feature can be needed to be manually enabled
- Using composer and semver we could release a new version now and for each new feature and not breaking anything/any sites
