3D touch costs more time after folder is moved

Hi!
First of all thanks for the tweak! Sadly I've found a bug. After moving a folder icon, it takes more time before the moved folder 'responds' to the 3D touch.
iPhone 6S - 9.0.2

I sadly don't have a jailbroken 6s device feel free to make a pull request if you have a fix. Otherwise I can work on it in the coming weeks.
